Mountainside Lacrosse

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.   You will also need the player's USL number and THPRD number.

Facts for High School Registration:

Skills & Conditioning Practice begins January 4, 2023 at Conestoga Middle School (all players must have current USA Lacrosse membership)

Full Fees ($550) paid all upfront or split into 3 payments - $150 upon registration, $200 on April 1 & $200 on May 1.

You will also have to renew or get your own US Lacrosse membership this year, good through 6/6/2023.

Cancellation Policy - Players will be refunded their registration fee (minus $150), if they cancel their registration in writing prior to March 13, 2023. 

You must register first with US Lacrosse and then return to this Registration Session to signup.  If you have not already signed up with US Lacrosse, please follow these steps:

• Step 1:  Obtain current US Lacrosse Membership
  • IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with US Lacrosse. Each player must have their own unique US Lacrosse confirmation number.
  • TO LOOK UP/RENEW A US LACROSSE MEMBERSHIP:  CLICK HERE to go to US Lacrosse Membership Lookup.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the US Lacrosse Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
